All Dr. Black’s Eye Associates locations will continue to require all patients, visitors and staff to wear masks correctly while in our health care offices in accordance with the recommendations of the CDC, American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Optometric Association and the Indiana Optometric Association .
If you do not have a mask, please let us know and we will gladly provide you one. If you prefer, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date instead.
As a health-based facility, it is our responsibility to protect the health of the most vulnerable of our patients in our buildings, many of whom are elderly or immunocompromised.
All staff, patients and visitors will be required to have their temperature taken upon arrival. Anybody present with a fever will not be allowed to continue into the office. Patients will be asked to reschedule.
We are all looking forward to a return to normal, and Eye Associates will continue to re-evaluate our protocols on an ongoing basis.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Dr. Black’s Eye Associates!
We look forward to seeing you soon!
